Alexandria has been at the vanguard of growing and nurturing the Research Triangle innovation ecosystem since 1997. Our Alexandria Center^® for Life Science – Durham and Alexandria Center^® for Advanced Technologies mega campuses, coupled with our first-of-its-kind Alexandria Center^® for AgTech campus, provide scale, flexibility, and amenities to support the growth of this diverse cluster.

With a long tradition of life science and agtech innovation, the cluster is home to the largest assemblage of leading industry crop protection and seed companies; renowned academic institutions — Duke University, the University of North Carolina, and North Carolina State University; skilled scientific, biomanufacturing, and managerial talent; and an expanding pool of life science and ag-focused venture capital.
